“You shouldn’t be hungry after you’ve finished your meal. Instead, you should be satisfied and feel full. A dessert or a snack ten minutes after you’ve finished your plate shouldn’t even be on your mind, because you should be full of food already. I only learned this when I started consuming more whole plant-based foods. And since I do so, I feel amazing in my body. For me, this is the greatest gift of all the changes I made to my diet.“
